These terms and conditions apply to all services on the 3kbip platform. By creating an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

3kbip is an online gaming and entertainment platform designed for users in Bangladesh. It offers lottery, Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer games, and a wide range of other entertainment options.

3kbip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with 3kbip, you must meet the following requirements:

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited. Deposit Rules

Deposits on 3kbip can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Deposits are credited to your account instantly. No additional processing fees are charged on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own verified payment method.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

Transaction Cancellations & Refunds

Completed deposits cannot be cancelled. If a deposit fails to appear in your account due to a technical issue, please contact support with a screenshot of your payment. We will resolve it within 48 hours.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements (WR). For example, if the WR is 20x and your bonus is ৳100 BDT, you will need to place a total of ৳2,000 BDT in bets before you can withdraw.

• A specific time limit applies for completing wagering requirements.
• Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements.
• Winnings from bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement (WR) is met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

Referral Bonus

Refer a friend and you both receive a bonus — however, the referred person must make an active deposit and play. Any attempt to claim referral bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Finality of Game Results

Once a game result has been determined, it cannot be contested unless a technical error is proven. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, 3kbip reserves the right to refund the bet for that round.

Sports Betting Special Rules

• Bets placed before an event begins are valid. Bets placed during live betting are settled instantly.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
• Winnings are calculated after the official results are announced.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

Lottery Rules

Lottery draws are fully automated and RNG-controlled. Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased. Prizes must be claimed within 72 hours of the official announcement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3kbip. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering under someone else's identity or using fraudulent documents.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage in games using software or scripts.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Assisting minors in creating an account.

3kbip reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms and conditions violations.
• If false information is provided during KYC verification.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• When directed by a court or legal authority.
• When a user voluntarily requests Self-Exclusion.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you may apply for self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or place bets on the platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent.

3kbip accepts no liability for the following:

• If a game disconnects due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical issues with the user's own device.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with others.
• Financial loss from gaming and the stress or other consequences that may follow.
